Why are there not reports highlighting the blacklisting of an RSO from most jobs? How do you start the process of making someone a second-class citizen? You deny them the same access to basic services, you deny them housing opportunities that are afforded to all, you pass laws and restrictions making it unfavorable and unprofitable for any business to hire them, thus taking away there ability to provide a living for themselves.
