(you have to do the next steps very quickly) then take the red mushroom and (turning you HUGE) run back to the moles and run in a circle hitting them both over and over again

If you've unlocked him, there should be somewhere nearby where you can activate transparency - once you do so you can walk through to the other side of the mirror and jump through the Wario picture
