I don't know what version they chnaged that behavior in the account wizard, but with 13.0 you can still manually create an account for a server that is not in the database. Perhaps you did not press the right buttons to do a manual setup.Some of the details might have changed in the information I gave you before about using manual account creation, but it should still work
