As I wrote a How-to not long ago and had to use that command in the How-to, but I will be honest did not know what each part meant like the "S" and the "Q", the only thing I knew is that it deletes a specified directory. NOTE OF WARNING: if you do this everthing in your recycle bin will be deleted permantly Thanks LH for your Help sorry it didn't work but at least it got me to thinking more of a way to fix the problem and I got a couple of cool utilities out of it

However, if you boot your Windows machine with a Puppy Linux disk, THEN insert your external drive, you can delete the recycler and move your mp3s to your drive without getting any unwanted files written to the drive
