There are actually much better phones on the market from more established companies who if any faults arise, will deal with them correctly and to a high standard of customer service at the very least, not this small company shoddiness presented from htc

So that is what I would try first....pop the back off, unplug the battery and let it sit for 10 or 15 minutes...plug it back in, pop the back of the tablet on and plug the charger in.
