My iPhone is unlocked, when I restore it back to the original factory settings, will it re-lock my iPhone? I bought my iPhone 3g second hand, and it was imported from America, the past owner had jailbroken it and un-locked it. My friend has the same issue as me, is there something else we can do or shall we wait for 4.3 and hope this wipes the jailbreak? If it fails in any one of those with un-repairable message or freezes infinitely, then there is no solution, you would have to rush to apple to get the support. I run the restore and the ipod is restored, restarts and then Itunes gives me the exact same message again.I have put this Ipod is disk mode, reformatted it using Windows, I have switched computers, switched USB ports, and followed to the letter the 5 directions above
