If you guys have backing up to iCloud turned on, turn it off as well as all the icloud options, turn off ringer, just use vibrate, tur off push new data under mail contacts, etc.turn off facetime, and of course theres more. Went to see a tech at the apple store here in Montreal and he told me to back up everything on iCloud, restore the phone to factory settings and then install all what I had from iCloud
