I am in Central TZ (with Cox) but as soon as I changed the TZ to Eastern the ESN setting looked good and I was able to connect to Netflix.I believe their is no one vendor at fault, but having all the Samsung, Netflix, and your ISP settings align is the key. Why such glowing reviews or did I just accidentally read the wrong reviews online or simply managed to miss the negative reviews? I have been playing around with my network here and I think the Slingbox has now died. The only other issue I have is with a couple of IP cameras which can't be accessed from the internet at the moment - I suspect that this may be due to a delay in the DNS change propagation for the new static IP address

Laptop won't connect to my home wireless network, but other computers can. My laptop can connect to other networks tho..
If you can open up the computer and see the short (or anything on the motherboard that shouldn't be there), and it is an easy fix, that would be my only solution at this point... If you need to use it, more than likely the router is going bad, but it keeps it going for awhile longer without you having to remember to reset it each day
