The Begumpet Post Office (under the railway bridge) has a PP application counter, which is almost empty at all times, maybe people don't know about it, but they do not accept PP applications for minors (below 18yrs). Out of 4 times I called Kolkata RPO, they responded twice very well (got appropriate suggestion), once the guy seemed very busy, and did not sound nice, but gave the info all right
