With my double batch I did half vanilla (with a real vanilla bean and some pure vanilla extract) and the other half with chocolate malt ovaltine and some malted milk powder. I also drizzled in some vegetable glycerine to both to help keep the ice cream scoopable after being in the freezer overnight, and it worked like a charm
