Enterprise - Amusement Ride Extravaganza
william natale - December 12th, 2009 at 10:15 am Your information is slightly incorrect as the Schwarzkopf version does use a hydraulic ram to lift the main arm. When the op had it completely up, at one point he said something (?) to the riders and then it looked like he slowed it down just enough to drop the force a bit and make the gondolas sway a little as they went over the top
2011 This is a great game! I played this 10 years ago as a child and was obsessed by it - in the sanest possible way!I was worried that it would not run on my Windows 7 laptop, as I had problems a few years back with Windows XP but it has worked!I didn't have to download any extra patches nor did I have to use those provided on the disc.If you want to play this game, go for it, it has worked on my system - it may well work on yours.Happy gaming. Disney Theme Parks (Ride) - TV Tropes
The commercial for the ride at Disneyland (opened in 1989) has a very foreboding feel to it and features an announcer (that sounds very much like Don LaFontaine) who says ominously that "the only way out is a long. The Magic Kingdom park staff similarly used to take shots at The Hall of Presidents, before the 2009 redo was implemented which made the show considerably less boring and preachy
Britain's theme parks: a summer guide - Telegraph
Wipeout rollercoaster at Pleasurewood Hills Thumbs up The Wipeout rollercoaster gets five-star reviews for its Vertical Gs of 5.2, 50mph speeds, and backwards (and inverted) twists and loops. No picnics are allowed, though food is quite cheap with the all you can eat wristbands and there is a huge variety of restaurants from fast food to three course meals
Another accident at a UK theme park
There were a few men working around the side that fell during the accident - the stupid thing was they didn't do a test run after this! They just let people on! The first run after this, after a couple of loops one side let out a loud crash and it fell through the metal on the floor." Jimmy Botton, the amusement park owner, said, "It looks like the teeth on one of the main cogs disintegrated, what should be horizontal is now 90 degrees

Could it have been human error?I think it's weird they didn't shut the ride down for the day to test it and make sure everything was safe when it obviously had suffered technical difficulties earlier that day.Apparently the four people in the front row suffered serious leg injuries
