Is your model the current model which support USB3 and it also supports up to 3TB of internal hd or it's the earlier model? mine supports usb3..i thought they all did...i cant recall mention of a model without the usb3 port...of course i may have missed those comments as i have an issue with these devices so when it was mentioned i may have been seeing red.
