Is my child too big for his car seat? What if a child exceeds the seat's weight limit or has to bend his knees to face the rear? Is it still safe? POLL Will you keep your child in a rear-facing car seat? The AAP says to keep your child rear-facing until age 2. If you have any concerns about your own health or the health of your child, you should always consult with a physician or other healthcare professional

Help! Seat Belt Extenders for Baby Car Seats

We just took the sales person's word for it that the car seat would fit our car, yet after we'd bought it we tried it out and it didn't fit at all (not because of the seatbelt length, the base didn't sit firmly on the seats in the back of our car so the infant carrier wobbled about all over the place). I can get it in the back but it was a very snug fitting which is great for safety as it was completely locked in but not so great if you need extra time to adjust it
